Super Me

Super Me is a five week wellbeing programme designed for children in school years 3-6. It can be delivered as a 90-minute family workshop, with children supported by their parents or carer, or as a whole-class approach in the classroom. Super Me has been designed by Kelly Mercer, independent social worker from Coach and Shine and supported by partners from Wyre Council and Lancashire School Nursing Service.

The aims of the programme are to promote positive mental health in children, equip parents with the skills to support this and to strengthen family wellbeing.
