Founder of Coach and Shine
I've always been passionate about helping people reach their potential. I started out in social work for this very reason, to support people coming through the other side after a tough time. But, there was a piece of the puzzle missing.
While I was working with people individually, I could see that many people felt disconnected, yet they were saying similar things. This sparked my desire to develop a community-based approach that brings people together to connect, share their experiences and support one another.
Hearing other people share that "Me Too" experience is extremely powerful. People are experts in their own lives and with the right support network, encouragement and community around them, can build the confidence to live their best possible lives.

Our work with children and young people encourages aspiration. We know that being confident in your abilities leads to great things.
Our work with adults begins with identity and finding a purpose. Because sometimes, life gets in the way and we can lose sight of who we are and what we’re capable of.
Our can-do approach, champions independence not reliance which is key to bringing out your shine.
