The first part of the workshop will be interactive where the children will be taught about their comfort bubble and how it's important to grow this.  They will be encouraged to reflect on a time when they found something tricky which they then went on to achieve.  We will hear from public figures who also lacked confidence initially.  Next, the children will imagine their future self, what does he or she look like?  Children will draw a self-portrait and then spend time writing a letter to themselves.  The focus here is to celebrate their successes and be their own inspiration for the future. Envisaging a positive future is a powerful tool in self-development which will help build confidence.  This can then be referred back to whenever your child needs a confidence boost.

Children will be offered a soft-drink within this session and on leaving, take home their creations plus a certificate.

This workshop is reccomended for children ages 6+ where support will be provided throughout with the practical tasks.
