
Time to Shine is an 8‐week, non‐clinical wellbeing programme designed to support adults with their mental health. The programme is grounded in positive psychology, emotional awareness and strength‐based social work practice. Sessions are delivered by experienced, trained professionals using a coaching-style method. We provide the tools; the group leads the way.

Workshop Structure

Delivered in accessible spaces such as coffee shops or community hubs, we strive for a more relaxed approach

The two-hour workshops explore a range of topics such as how to look for silver linings and noticing how feelings show up. Using positive psychology strategies, group members will develop re-framing techniques and spot life's choice points.
