One of the foundations of being able to personally thrive includes having a well-balanced diet. At Coach and Shine we recognise that feeling good starts with eating well. This is why we have brought to you a free, four week holistic eating challenge which will help kick-start your journey to flourish. Holistic eating means not only eating well, but also having an understanding on how this benefits our mental wellbeing. Over the next four weeks, you'll implement two different challenges per week. These compliment each other, meaning you'll be adding to your holistic eating toolkit. Included along the way are informative fact-sheets designed by the NHS which will help you make informed food choices. By the end of the four weeks, you'll have new eating habits embedded in to your mind-set resulting in lasting change!
