Over the next six weeks you'll work towards becoming more productive. You will look to focus on the most important task and reduce the mental energy spent on decision-making. Rather than spending time opening emails, scrolling social media or making the same daily decisions instead; let's move towards spending this time accomplishing something you can be proud of. Becoming more productive will make you feel less busy which frees up time for doing things that bring you joy. This course takes places over six weeks and includes all of the resources you will need to building efficiency. Each week you will be sent through challenge sheets alongside boosts of motivation from your nominated coach.
