Free Summer Family Club @STRIVE

Join us for a summer of wellness and fun at Strive Fleetwood.   We have spoken to over 150 children in Fleetwood who have told us that family time and having fun are what makes the summer holidays special.  So, we are promoting both of these things through a range of activities which will appeal to both the adults and kids.  What's more, it's all free!

For the adults, Ellie at Ultimate Health will support you to conquer your goals, try something new and provide handy tips on how we can sneak a little more movement into our daily activity.  There will be freebies for you to take home and boosts of positivity along the way.

For the kids, Kelly at Coach and Shine will be having fun outside with an emphasis on "play their way".  There will be sports teamed with creativity - think bubbles, balls and giant chalk!

At the end of each activity, families will come back together to showcase what they have learned and maybe even set some challenges for the next session.  

Our ask of you:

- Sessions are limited to up to ten adults so you must book.

- Every family taking part will need to complete a consent form.

- To take part in outdoor games we politely ask for children age 4-11 only.  This will allow for the best possible experience during game play.

- Adults must remain on Strive premises throughout the workshops.
