About the event
Come down to Market Street to see what the local community has to offer. Coach and Shine will be there to share updates of where you can find us in the local community. For children, come and take part in our mental agility challenges to flex your skills. Or, practice gratitude and master being proud of who you are. For the grown-ups, ask us about our wellness service which includes our new TEMPLESPA workshop. This fits in perfectly with our ethos of Becoming More Me which is all about promoting and supporting self-development.
